Texas Senator Ted Cruz ripped Twitter a new one during a recent Senate hearing, calling the social media giant to task for censoring a quote by Mother Teresa, of all people, which it dubbed as spreading the “hateful” message that abortion harms children and women.

A pro-life organization had originally tweeted a photo of Mother Teresa, along with the famous quote:

“Abortion is profoundly anti-women. Three quarters of its victims are women: Half the babies and all the mothers.”

And that’s it. There was no jab at Planned Parenthood; no statement of opposition to women who get abortions. Heck, the quote itself even refers to women who get abortions as “victims” rather than baby-murderers. And yet, neither the quote nor the image passed the “acceptable speech” parameters imposed by Twitter executives.

Openly advocating for baby murder is just fine with Twitter and Facebook, but standing up for women and children is not.

Truly, having a public health organization that protects and supports industry rather than looking out for public health is worse than having no public health protection agency at all, and making health decisions on Coca-Cola funded research is bound to lead public health in the wrong direction — which is exactly what’s been happening.

Research linking water fluoridation to lower IQ, ADHD and thyroid problems continues to grow, and a Fluoride Action Network campaign is building momentum to warn moms-to-be of the dangers of fluoride exposure during pregnancy.

Ending the addition of hazardous fluoridation chemicals — primarily hydrofluorosilicic acid — to the public’s drinking water will be one of the greatest public health achievements of the 21st century.

With each passing month, the case against artificial fluoridation builds as new research showing harm is published, legal action advances, overfeeds and spills are exposed and local fluoride-free campaigns spread throughout the world.

Mounting Evidence of Harm

A number of significant studies — two of which were funded by the U.S. government (the National Institutes of Health, or NIH) — have been published in the last eight months linking fluoride exposure to lowered IQ, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and thyroid problems, and showing that pregnant women and infants in “optimally” fluoridated communities are exposed to significantly more fluoride than those in non-fluoridated communities.

In February 2019, a string of news stories — triggered by a U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) report admitting that at least 40% of children are overexposed to fluoride — focused on kids swallowing too much toothpaste and neglected the significant exposure from fluoridated tap water.

Regardless, the defenders of water fluoridation are missing the real story. Dental fluorosis is a biomarker of overexposure to fluoride and the “elephant in the room” is what damage fluoride is doing to other tissues.

Recent scientific research indicates that exposure to fluoridated water may lower thyroid function, particularly in those with an iodine deficiency. A new study also found that significantly more infants, particularly those under 6 months of age, will exceed the upper limit set by the Institute of Medicine for fluoride when consuming formula reconstituted with the “optimal” 0.7 parts per million (ppm), greatly increasing their risk of side effects.

There are now over 350 published studies on fluoride’s effect on the brain: 130 human studies, over 200 animal studies and 33 cell studies. This includes a major U.S.-government funded mother-offspring study conducted in Mexico City. This rigorous study — which controlled for many possible confounders — found a very strong association between fluoride levels in mothers’ urine and lowered IQ for their offspring.

The fluoride levels in this study also correspond to levels in pregnant women living in “optimally” fluoridated areas in Canada according to an October 2018 paper.

The same research team at University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health has since released additional findings that confirm and strengthen their 2017 fetus/IQ study. Very young children, aged 1 to 3 years, also show loss of IQ. In other words, their study now covers the ages of the offspring from 1 to 12 years.

For the ages of 1 to 3 years, for every 1 mg/L increase in the urine fluoride level of their pregnant mothers, the children averaged 2.4-point lower IQ scores. The finding was statistically significant and accounted for potential confounding factors.

They concluded, “Our findings add to our team’s recently published report on prenatal fluoride and cognition at ages 4 and 6–12 years by suggesting that higher in utero exposure to F has an adverse impact on offspring cognitive development that can be detected earlier, in the first three years of life.”

This was followed up by another published paper that linked higher levels of urinary fluoride during pregnancy with more symptoms of ADHD — the second study to do so.

If ever there was a gleaming example of how appeasement of Left-wing tyranny is never the answer, this one is.

Earlier this week, Natural News founder and editor Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, who is also the founder and developer of free speech video platform Brighteon.com, posted a breaking news alert that the platform was “under extreme threat” from providers of Internet infrastructure because users of the site had posted videos of New Zealand terrorist Brenton Tarrant’s livestream murders.

Adams wrote:

We are being threatened to remove all the videos or face complete annihilation online, starting with being de-platformed from infrastructure providers, followed by legal action from none other than the nation of Australia (not even New Zealand itself, but Australia and its “Office of the eSafety Commissioner.”)

We anticipated this exact scenario many months ago, and we have been feverishly building alternative internal infrastructure to eliminate any dependencies on upstream infrastructure providers, to the extent that such a configuration is possible. However, we are still several months away from completion of that build out phase. Sadly, over the next few hours we are being forced — essentially “at gunpoint” (the irony being completely lost of the fascists who now control the ‘net) — to delete all videos containing footage of the New Zealand shooting.

Under New Zealand law, it’s very illegal to post materials that would “be injurious to the public good,” such as — obviously — videos of a crazed madman gunning down Muslim worshippers.

Never mind that in the land of Kiwi it’s perfectly fine to stream content via YouTube of Islamic State fighters executing captives by shooting them in the head or images of Civil War dead streamed on Netflix.

But again, that’s New Zealand law; America has a Constitution containing specific protections for media, speech, and expression. Why should American video hosting companies like Brighteon be forced to comply with the laws of a foreign government?

Nevertheless, Adams agreed with the demands of the global speech Nazis and he had all videos related to Tarrant’s act of terrorism removed from the platform. But that wasn’t good enough. The authoritarian Left doesn’t even accept compromise

Now, he says, a prominent New Zealand ISP is blocking all Brighteon videos, forcing users there to use VPN in order to access content on the platform.

Just like users in communist China, Cuba, Venezuela, and even Russia to a degree.

Mind you, New Zealand is a small country of about 5 million, but that’s not really the point. The government there is supposed to be a democracy — guaranteeing freedoms and liberties and the right to choose what to see and not see. And yet, the Leftists who run the government and its compliant corporations are behaving less like champions of democracy and more like disciples of Josef Stalin and Mao Zedong.

The law permitting the government to censor the Christchurch mosque shootings by Tarrant is an internal matter. A majority of New Zealanders have obviously decided the law is appropriate and worthy because they have not elected a majority to their national legislature with a mandate to repeal it.

Even blocking the banned content from being streamed inside the country no matter where it is hosted is up to New Zealand’s government regulators and content services. But blocking all videos from a platform that has agreed to your demands to take down offensive or illegal content out of — spite? — is unacceptable, or should be in a ‘free’ country.

This episode just goes to show, again, how intolerant the Left and how they aren’t interested in dialogue or compromise or ‘working things out’ with political opponents. They demand strict conformity and when they don’t get it they respond like authoritarians.

Then again, as Adams will tell you, they will respond like authoritarians even if you agree to their demands.

Warnings from concerned experts about the dangers of wireless communication devices like cellphones and tablets have been rumbling in the distance for some time now. And these warnings are becoming increasingly insistent as more evidence emerges linking this type of technology to brain, heart and other cancers.

Experts are incredibly worried about the effects of 5G, which is already being rolled out in several U.S. cities and is scheduled to be installed in countries around the world in the next few years. Consumers are excited about promises that 5G will facilitate downloads at up to 100 times greater speeds than 4G technology, all while providing more stable connections and greater capacity.

Those who know the potential dangers, however, are gravely concerned. As reported by Waking Times, a group of 250 scientists from over 40 countries recently handed in a petition to the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations (UN), warning about the scientifically proven dangers of EMFs. A scientific basis for concern

The international appeal, entitled Scientists Call for Protection from Non-Ionizing Electromagnetic Field Exposure, warns:

Based upon peer-reviewed, published research, we have serious concerns regarding the ubiquitous and increasing exposure to EMF generated by electric and wireless devices. These include–but are not limited to–radiofrequency radiation (RFR) emitting devices, such as cellular and cordless phones and their base stations, Wi-Fi, broadcast antennas, smart meters, and baby monitors as well as electric devices and infra-structures used in the delivery of electricity that generate extremely-low frequency electromagnetic field (ELF EMF).

The scientists explain in the appeal that multiple studies by respected scientists have confirmed that EMF affects living organisms negatively, increasing cancer risk, causing genetic damage, changing the structure and function of the reproductive system, increasing the number of damaging free radicals in the body and generally having a negative impact on the well-being of humans.

Damage also extends beyond the human race, they explain, and there is growing evidence that EMFs have harmful effects on both plant and animal life.

The scientists say that there is more than enough reason for public health agencies like the WHO to take a firm stand and establish proper international guidelines for the safe use of the technology that modern society has become so reliant on:

These findings justify our appeal to the United Nations (UN) and, all member States in the world, to encourage the World Health Organization (WHO) to exert strong leadership in fostering the development of more protective EMF guidelines, encouraging precautionary measures, and educating the public about health risks, particularly risk to children and fetal development.  By not taking action, the WHO is failing to fulfill its role as the preeminent international public health agency.

The scientists have urged the WHO and the UN to:

• Ensure that women and children are protected;
• Strengthen guidelines and regulatory standards regarding EMFs;
• Encourage manufacturers to focus on developing safer technology;
• Educate the public properly about the dangers of wireless technology;
• Encourage governments to fund further scientific studies into the dangers of EMFs;
• Enforce regulation that the media has to disclose possible conflicts of interest when citing opinions about the health and safety aspects of wireless technology; and
• Establish radiation-free areas known as white zones.

Parents demand removal of cell tower from elementary school after four students and three teachers develop cancer

As communication companies intensify their efforts to institute 5G wireless across the nation, parents at a California elementary school are uniting in protest against a cell phone tower on the premises – which they say has caused seven people to develop cancer. At a recent, packed school board meeting, parents threatened to pull their children from the school unless the tower is removed.

The issue revolves around radiofrequency radiation emitting from the tower, which parents say has caused cancer in four students and three teachers. The World Health Organization acknowledges that RF radiation (also known as EMF, or electromagnetic field radiation) is a possible carcinogen, and animal studies have shown a link between brain cancer and EMFs.

Adaptability and flexibility will be the core survival traits going forward.

What will separate the many nations that will crumble in the next 25 years and those few that will survive and even prosper while the status quo dissolves around them? The factors that will matter are not necessarily cultural or financial; being hard-working and wealthy won’t be enough to save nations from coming apart at the seams.

Here are the factors that will matter in the next 25 years:

1. The ability to engage and survive non-linear change, which is rapid, unpredictable and systemic, as opposed to linear change which is gradual, predictable and limited in nature.

None of the current political systems are decentralized enough and adaptable enough to survive the non-linear era we’re entering. As I explained in What If Politics Can’t Fix What’s Broken?, the politics of centralized compromise and incremental, top-down adjustments are wholly inadequate to dealing with non-linear disruptions.

2. The nations that cannot jettison their parasitic elites will fall; the few that find the political will to jettison their parasitic elites will have the wherewithal to survive and possibly even prosper as the global status quo collapses around them.

The problem, as we all know, is the parasitic elites rule the centralized hierarchies of wealth and political power, and they will cling to power even as the nation they rule crumbles around them. The hubris, complacency and greed of the ruling parasitic elites is near-infinite; the idea that the political and financial structures that they dominate will not survive simply doesn’t exist in the parasitic elites, with the exception of a few outliers who are constructing remote bugout compounds with landing strips etc.

Unfortunately for these outliers, they can’t escape satellite and drone imagery, or the loose tongues of employees, contractors, etc.

By the time the populace awakens to the precariousness of the entire status quo, it will be too late to effect meaningful change via removing the parasitic elites from power. Just as Rome was too hollowed out to survive by the end, the status quo structures will be too enfeebled to adapt quickly enough to survive.

3. Centralization of wealth, power and control has been the “solution” for hundreds or even thousands of years. We’re approaching Peak Centralization and the systemic failure of centralization as the “solution” to anything.

The only sustainable solution going forward is radical decentralization of capital, political power and control of resources. The parasitic elites rule solely because wealth and power are so highly concentrated in the hands of the few. As the financial and political systems unravel and fail, solutions that are completely outside these centralized hierarchies will arise–if the populace is free to embrace them.

4. Solutions will obsolete the existing centralized financial and political structures. Reforms will all fail, as the parasitic elites will never relinquish their control or power. The “solution” will be the total collapse of the centralized financial and political structures and the parasitic elites that control them.

5. Adaptability and flexibility will be the core survival traits going forward. The only structures adaptable and flexible enough to respond quickly and effectively enough to survive are decentralized networks — non-hierarchical, distributed rather than centralized, self-organizing rather than top-down.

Few if any of the “leading citizens” of Rome anticipated its collapse 20 years prior to the implosion. That is as true of the parasitic elites now as it was then. Collapse is truly “impossible” in the current mindset; it isn’t even conceivable that what works now will stop working. But complacent belief in the permanence of the status quo doesn’t stop friction or rust, nor will it stop collapse.

As an American, I hope the citizenry comes to understand the choice is simple and profound: either tolerate the dominance of our numerous parasitic elites and watch the nation come apart and fail or jettison the centralized structures the parasitic elites need to enforce their dominance.

And what’s more, it shows that Monsanto has known all along that Roundup causes cancer—and yet the company has gone to great lengths, and spent millions of dollars, to hide that evidence from the public.

In an article published by the Guardian, U.S. Right to Know’s Carey Gillam wrote:

Even the US district judge Vince Chhabria, who oversaw the San Francisco trial that concluded Wednesday with an $80.2m damage award, had harsh words for Monsanto. Chhabria said there were “large swaths of evidence” showing that the company’s herbicides could cause cancer. He also said there was “a great deal of evidence that Monsanto has not taken a responsible, objective approach to the safety of its product . . . and does not particularly care whether its product is in fact giving people cancer, focusing instead on manipulating public opinion and undermining anyone who raises genuine and legitimate concerns about the issue.”

In 2016, 131,672,984 kilograms (290,289,239 pounds) of glyphosate was sprayed in the U.S., according to data published by the U.S. Geological Survey, obtained and analyzed by Pricenomics.

Where does all that poison end up? In soils, in drinking water, on your food—and in your body.

The widespread presence of glyphosate in everything from bread to cereal to snack bars to fruit juices to baby foods to ice cream to beer and wine has been well documented.

The latest report? Widespread glyphosate contamination in foods sold by popular chain restaurants, including many that market themselves as “healthy,” “natural” and even “organic.”

The anti-Monsanto verdicts, the testing and reporting about glyphosate in our foods, the investigative reports showing Monsanto’s extreme efforts to discredit the scientists who uncover the truth about glyphosate and Roundup have all led to greater consumer awareness.

But even as more cities and school systems announce plans to ban glyphosate, the U.S. EPA fails to act on the evidence. In fact, the EPA recently (and very quietly) moved to disapprove state efforts to impose their own restrictions on pesticide use!

We are in the middle of our own lawsuit against Monsanto, for placing misleading claims on bottles of Roundup sold to consumers.

We continue to test products for glyphosate, to report on those test results, and to go after the companies that claim their glyphosate-contaminated food is “natural.”

In a study involving over 23,000 patients with breast cancer and over 9,000 patients with non-small cell lung cancer, researchers used data from a 12-month period in 2014 to ascertain that 1,383 of the patients died within 30 days of beginning treatment with cancer drugs.

The fact that the patients succumbed this quickly indicates that the cancer treatment – and not the cancer itself – was responsible.
