Honolulu, HI — In America’s modern-day police state, it seems the state knows no bounds as to how far it will go to keep children and adults in a perpetual state of fear. A recent lawsuit out of Hawaii illustrates the extent of the American fear culture and how its insanity is tormenting and traumatizing America’s youth.

For more than 10 minutes, middle school children were held hostage by a raging lunatic in a mask, swinging a hammer while threatening to kill them all. Naturally, officials claim this drill, involving a school official wearing a mask and holding a hammer while threatening to kill children, was done for the “safety of those children.” Well, Michelle and Eddie Chavez aren’t buying that excuse.

According to a report from Courthouse News, the couple has since filed a federal lawsuit over this incident.

An abusive lockdown drill in which a masked man threatened a middle-school classroom with a hammer left the entire class in tears and at least one girl with post-traumatic stress disorder, her parents say in court.

Michelle and Eddie Chavis sued Hawaii and the state Department of Education on Sept. 7 in First Circuit state Court.

According to the bizarre complaint, their daughter and her class at Kaimuki Middle were watching a video about the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks on Sept. 11, 2015. Suddenly, “a man wearing a mask rushed into the classroom swinging a large hammer while threatening the students with serious bodily injury and/or death,” the complaint states.

The complaint continues: “Minor and her classmates were immediately placed in fear for their lives. The masked man then walked out of the classroom with the classroom teacher running out behind the masked man, apparently in pursuit of the masked man. Upon the classroom teacher’s return, the teacher locked the classroom doors and called the school office to notify the school administration of the masked man.

“Minor and other students in the classroom were crying and feared for their lives, as they believed they were going to be killed. The classroom teacher was pacing around the classroom and appeared scared, as well.”

Only then, the parents say, did the school administration announce that it was a lockdown drill, planned ahead of time, “to be as realistic as possible.”

The Chavis’s daughter already had been under the case of a psychologist for two years, and the school knew it, they say. She continues to suffer from the stress of the drill, and post-traumatic stress syndrome.

Her parents seek damages and special damages for negligence, breach of duty of care, personal injuries, medical expenses and loss of enjoyment of life.

They are represented by Harrison Kiehm.

After the drill first became public in 2015, school officials were quick to defend the decision. In response to an inquiry from KHON 2 news, the Department of Education released a statement at the time noting, “Safety drills provide real-life situations where schools can analyze areas of strengths and weaknesses. In order to accomplish this, students are not notified when a drill will take place.”

According to KHON, the principal at Kaimuki Middle School told KHON2 sometimes they do notify students about these lockdown drills and sometimes they don’t, and they don’t plan on changing that because they want to make sure they know how students will react during these very different situations.

According to psychologist Dr. Suzanne Gelb, however, these experiences “can be very devastating. It can result in nightmares. It can be a result in a resurgence of problem behaviors that maybe were taken care of already, like rebelliousness, acting out.” Many of the parents whose children witnessed this drill agree.

Parents, who did not want to be identified, told KHON2 their kids were in tears and terrorized by the scene.

“(My child has had) sleepless nights since it’s happened, very anxious, concerned about going to school,” one parent said.

The student said at least six kids in her class were crying during the drill.

Another parent said her daughter “was afraid, and she was crying, and another friend was crying as well, and they thought they were going to die.”

What, exactly, the school was attempting to ‘teach’ the kids with this drill remains to be seen. No lessons were learned and the end result was simply a long list of traumatized children.

Documents leaked to me earlier today seem to suggest that there were cloud seeding operations going on in West Texas on August 24th one day before Hurricane Harvey hit nearly destroying some areas of Texas, flooding whole neighborhoods.

The document was found to be uploaded to the West Texas Weather Modification’s alleged website showing that there was a cloud seeding operation that may have further amplified Hurricane Harvey which touched down only the next day after the cloud seeding occurred.

“Southwesterly flow aloft will work in conjunction with abundant surface moisture to help initiate a shower and storms. It appears the best shot will be across western sections of Trans-Pecos where a weak dryline is set up,” the document reads.

The document goes on to state that the team of scientists saw a “window of opportunity” in Culberson/Reeves County for seeding.

They then fired six glaciogenic flares over Reeves County; this was the first day seeding in August and the eighth in the season, according to the document.

Cloud seeding is nothing new and has been in fact utilized in Texas before in 2011 and 2012. George Bomar, who manages the Weather Modification Program for Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation told about weather modification over Texas at the time.

“The proven success of Weather Modification, Inc., in atmospheric and weather operations, is evident by our lengthy and impressive client listing speaks for itself. Our reputation for successful cloud seeding and meteorological services leads our veteran pilots, experienced meteorologists and radar engineers around the world. Our valued clients include private and public insurance companies, water resource management organizations, as well as federal and state government research organizations,” their website states.

When questioned about what it means that the operation was a success Bomar stated: “it means that the storm lived longer and produced more rain over a larger area.”

Now to be clear, I am not accusing any cloud seeding organization in Texas of intentionally strengthening the storm; I believe that these scientists meant well and wanted to experiment and spread out the rain from the storm. However, the statement by Bomar is one to re-read a couple of times. A successful cloud-seeding operation means the “storm lives longer and produces more rain over a larger area.”

This mean that it’s a high possibility that cloud seeding prior to the hurricane could have caused it to be amplified not only in strength but causing it to last longer than it would have normally from mother nature. Essentially by playing god with the weather the situation may have been made worse. Last year, in Los Angeles scientists did exactly what Bomar wanted, using cloud seeding to boost rain from the El Niño storm bringing rain to the then drought struck areas of California, according to the LA Times.

The CIA has even invested its time and money into geoengineering practices, as has the U.S. military with operations like Operation Popeye during the Vietnam war.

As if merely working on ways to create tiny satellites that can see every square inch of the the planet isn’t creepy enough, DARPA is funding a project that literally evokes a planetary web of surveillance: SPIDER.

Amid daily revelations of how our digital communications devices are being used against us by the world’s leading intelligence agencies, it is often overlooked at how quickly physical surveillance capabilities are accelerating.

In June I wrote an article entitled, “Low-Cost Micro Satellites are Spawning a Global Surveillance Arms Race” where I detailed the little-known connection between commercial imagery vendor DigitalGlobe and the also little-known U.S. agency GEOINT, as well as other smaller players contributing to the growing arms race of space-based surveillance. The result would be satellites “the mass of a pair of toasters,” that could collect imagery and automate searches as needed.

As Major Mike Little from the U.S. Southern Command concisely stated:

Our competitors will learn to use this exploding geo-enabled capability to learn a lot of things. If we don’t use this as well as them and use our exquisite assets to be a differentiator and stay ahead, we’re going to get behind.

Regardless of this tacit admission that the U.S. is paving the way toward a global Panopticon, once initiated it becomes the perfect problem-reaction-solution paradigm within which the military industrial complex thrives.

Now just a few months later, Defense One is reporting that “Future Spy Satellites Just Got Exponentially Smaller.”

Future spy satellites may unfold like origami birds, collecting image data along long, flat sensor arrays that weigh almost nothing. By replacing the bulky telescopic lenses that make today’s spy sats among the biggest and most expensive things in space, light-sensitive microchips promise far cheaper access to orbital imagery.

Last month, Lockheed Martin released the first images from its experimental Segmented Planar Imaging Detector for Electro-optical Reconnaissance, or SPIDER, program. Funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or DARPA, SPIDER is basically a telescope on a microchip. But it collects light data very differently from a conventional telescope.

The technical details are rather dense, but researchers are essentially applying different physics for how a lens “sees” information. By measuring wavelength rather than the intensity of light, this type of satellite would be less power-intensive and more compatible with computer algorithms and chipsets, thus enabling a far smaller device.

“You’re measuring a more fundamental characteristic of the light that’s carrying the information that you want when you measure amplitude and phase. That gives you the ability to manipulate that information in algorithms and software that you don’t have if you only measure intensity somewhere,” said Alan Duncan, a senior fellow at Lockheed Martin.

In an era of heightened suspicion within geopolitics about the physical maneuverings and developments of whatever nations the U.S. deems to be “rogue,” the players within the space-surveillance arms race are more than eager to present solutions. If the rest of us get caught in the expanding web … well, it’s always just the cost of doing business.

For the first time since that fateful September morning 16 years ago, families of victims of the 9/11 terror attacks are using a new law and are going after Saudi Arabia in lawsuits for their role in the attacks. New evidence in one major lawsuit now reveals the Saudi Arabian embassy in Washington may have funded a “dry run” for the hijackings carried out by two Saudi employees.

This new information is detailed in a bombshell report out of the NY Post. As the Post reports:

Two years before the airliner attacks, the Saudi Embassy paid for two Saudi nationals, living undercover in the US as students, to fly from Phoenix to Washington “in a dry run for the 9/11 attacks,” alleges the amended complaint filed on behalf of the families of some 1,400 victims who died in the terrorist attacks 16 years ago.

The court filing provides new details that paint “a pattern of both financial and operational support” for the 9/11 conspiracy from official Saudi sources, lawyers for the plaintiffs say. In fact, the Saudi government may have been involved in underwriting the attacks from the earliest stages — including testing cockpit security.

“We’ve long asserted that there were longstanding and close relationships between al Qaeda and the religious components of the Saudi government,” said Sean Carter, the lead attorney for the 9/11 plaintiffs. “This is further evidence of that.”

Abortion mill Planned Parenthood has sounded in on President Trump’s recent decision to scrap the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, an Obama-era executive order that allows illegal aliens who were unlawfully brought into the U.S. as children to remain in the country without being deported. As per usual, Planned Parenthood has taken the proverbial anti-Trump stance on the matter, hypocritically declaring that “every person has the right to live” – except, of course, for the millions of unborn children who Planned Parenthood murders in the womb for profit.

In a fundraising email she sent out to her supporters on September 5, Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards made it clear that she doesn’t approve of the President’s decision to stop allowing illegal aliens to be unconstitutionally classified as “dreamers,” allowing them to remain in the U.S. indefinitely without citizenship. She absurdly wrote that Planned Parenthood is an unwavering supporter of the human right to not only live, but also “work” and “raise a family freely … without the threat of deportation or separation.”

Richards’ letter is an obvious appeal to her defiled base of cognitively dissonant bleeding hearts who somehow see the proper enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws as violating human rights, but that also categorize abortion as a mere “choice” that women make for their “reproductive health.” It’s blatant hypocrisy that Fox News’ Tucker Carlson had a thing or two to say on his Tucker Carlson Tonight show.

“Apparently the batteries in Planned Parenthood’s irony detectors failed,” Carlson stated during a recent segment.

Why isn’t Cecile Richards ‘infuriated’ and ‘heartbroken’ over the millions of unborn babies she’s complicit in murdering?

Some might say that the abortion procedure represents a type of deportation from the mother’s womb, not to mention the obvious separation involved. Does this mean that Richards is now inferring that all human beings, including those who haven’t been born yet, are included amongst the human beings that Planned Parenthood says it “firmly believe[s]” have a right to live, work, and raise a family freely?

Hardly. Planned Parenthood will continue to butcher as many unborn children as it can get its hands on while hypocritically claiming that it supports “human rights.” Truth be told, Cecile Richards is not only a liar and hypocrite, but she’s also a complicit murderer, as are the thousands of Planned Parenthood workers and “doctors” underneath her who daily contribute to the abortion genocide that’s taken some 250 million babies in the U.S. alone since 1973. None of these evil people care one iota about “human rights” – they’re only concerned with supporting leftist platforms like reckless illegal immigration, and with opposing anything that President Trump says, does, or signs into law.

It could be that Cecile Richards and her acolytes want more illegal immigration so that they can murder more of their non-white babies. This is, after all, the roots of Planned Parenthood, which from the beginning was a racist, genocidal organization run by a racist, genocidal maniac named Margaret Sanger who once referred to African-Americans, poor people, and immigrants as:

“… human weeds, ‘reckless breeders,’ ‘spawning … human beings who never should have been born.’”

Few people seem to know the dark history of Planned Parenthood these days. They’re foolishly content with listening to empty gas-lighting by the likes of Cecile Richards, who used the words “infuriated” and “heartbroken” to describe her feelings about DACA being scrapped. What everyone with sanity and morals wants to know is this: Why isn’t Cecile Richards infuriated and heartbroken over the tens of millions of innocent babies that she and her fellow baby butchers continue to murder with pride in exchange for their paychecks?

Vaccine shill Dorit Rubinstein Reiss accused of being paid to post thousands of comments in defense of HPV vaccine

These days, tens of thousands of parents are waking up to the truth about vaccines: mainly that they aren’t exactly as safe and effective as health “authorities” claim them to be. As a result, the vaccine industry is actively pulling in as many mouthpiece puppets as it can to spread the word that all vaccines are wonderful and awesome and safe. One such puppet is a professor at the University of California, San Francisco’s Hastings College of Law by the name of Dorit Rubinstein Reiss, who spoke on a vaccine panel at the National Meningitis Association’s (NMA) second-ever expert panel on vaccine issues back in May.

Reiss sat among other prominent vaccines hacks like Paul Offit from The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), who’s infamous for once claiming that children can be safely given 10,000 vaccines at once without incurring injury or death. That’s the type of event this was, just to give you a prelude – one in which vaccines were praised as little needle-tipped health gods that people are foolishly avoiding because of unsubstantiated fear.

It’s a narrative that the vaccine industry is desperate to proliferate in a last-ditch effort to keep the cat that’s already out of the bag from apparently running wild and gaining even more traction. Reiss is just a cog in this wheel of deception, having taken the stage to pronounce that all vaccines are safe and effective and that anyone who says otherwise is peddling junk science.

Before appearing on this panel, Reiss was busy setting the stage for her later promotion to vaccine-hawking celebrity status. Back in 2013 when news correspondent Katie Couric ran a segment on the dangers of the HPV vaccine, Reiss was quick to take to the internet in the vaccine’s defense. An Age of Autism investigation revealed that Reiss had gone online and posted thousands of comments in defense of HPV, which many saw as evidence that this psychopath must have been getting paid per post.

When questioned about this, Reiss insisted that her “lawschool [sic]” would pay her “the same salary whether or not I post here” – a dubious explanation to say the least. Was she getting paid or not, or perhaps more importantly, was posting these comments in defense of the HPV part of Reiss’ job duties at UCSF? It’s a question to which savvy sleuths will have to decide for themselves.

“So many, in fact, (were the number of Reiss’ comments) that it is hard to imagine how it could not interfere with her normal professional routine,” writes Age of Autism‘s Christina Waldman. “Whether or not Reiss has been able to perform her normal professional tasks during this period there is an issue of whether her advocacy may be conflicted by the sponsorship and institutional affiliations of her employer.”

A closer look at the situation reveals that Reiss’ department at UCSF has direct financial ties to Kaiser Permanente, the largest managed health care organization in the United States. Along with UCSF, Kaiser has taken money from the National Human Genome Research Institute to develop a new center at the school where Reiss works.

Why is this important? Because one of the most frequently cited papers by Reiss in defense of HPV and Gardasil, Merck’s official name for its HPV vaccine, was authored by none other than employees at Kaiser Permanente. This suggests that Kaiser is working directly with UCSF and people like Reiss to push the narrative that the HPV vaccine is safe, and that any of the public’s concerns about its safety are tantamount to unfounded hysteria.

Oxford University is embroiled in an ethics row after scientists were accused of questionable conduct over a controversial trial of a new vaccine on African babies.

Professor Peter Beverley, a former senior academic at the university, complained that scientists planned to test a new tuberculosis vaccine on more than a thousand infants without sharing data suggesting that monkeys given the immunisation had appeared to “die rapidly”.

“Certainly here in this experiment there was no evidence whatsoever that this is an effective booster vaccine,” Prof Beverley said.

He claimed the information was not given to regulators when an application to do the trial was initially submitted.

In the monkey study, five out of six of the animals infected with TB who were given the experimental vaccine had become “very unwell” and had to be put down.

An information sheet given to families in South Africa participating in the trial said the vaccine had been tested on animals and humans and was “safe and effective” in animals.

Professor Jimmy Volmink, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Stellenbosch University, told The Telegraph the information sheet did not appear to reflect the evidence from the monkey study, which was “not right”.

He said people affected by tuberculosis were often poor and “not very highly educated”, making it particularly important that they were given “clear, understandable information.”

Almost 1,500 babies in South Africa received the new jab and parents were paid in the region of £10 for taking part.

You don’t have to be a vegetarian or animal activist to be angry with what’s happening in the meat industry. Corruption and abuse litter an industry that provides food in inhumane ways for the sake of profit.

In this article, we’ll be discussing things I wish weren’t happening and am therefore doing my part to help stop. Some parts of this article might be tough to read, but by sharing this difficult information with you, I hope to help you see why you should care.

Vegetarians and meat eaters can work together to effect much-needed change in the industry if we can learn the facts and commit to this common goal. The cause is important for those who want to protect animals and those who want to ensure meat is produced ethically (and is thus safer for consumption).

The first reason you should be concerned is that despite recent changes in regulation, the industry remains the same.

Recent Regulation Changes Have Not Solved the Industry’s Biggest Problems

Henry Imhoff Helena wrote in 2013 that the USDA introduced a “meat inspection program” that failed miserably to stop meat contamination. Under the program, meat producers could increase their processing lines’ speed and replace safety inspectors from the USDA with people who work for them. ⁽¹⁾

“Some of the worst health and safety violations” were discovered in factories under the program, Henry writes, including “fecal matter and partly digested food”. Unsurprisingly, the meat produced as a result may have contained E. coli and listeria. ⁽¹⁾

This exemplifies that changes in the industry don’t always mean it’s improving. We need genuine positive change before we can be sure the industry is safe for animals and consumers.

This brings us to our next point.

The Industry Keeps Secrets from Consumers

It might sound like a typical conspiracy theory, but the meat industry does not want people to know what goes on behind closed doors. They’re dedicated to masking the truth from an unsuspecting public and silencing anyone who tries to expose them.

As an example of the misleading nature of the meat and dairy industry in the United States, Dr. Joseph Mercola writes that eggs from caged hens in Europe are marked “battery eggs” whereas in the U.S., they’re labeled “farm fresh’ or “country fresh”. Through lobbying, he writes, companies have even pushed “gag laws” that consider the videotaping of animal cruelty or any other damning evidence a felony. ⁽²⁾

If it’s at all shocking to you that the industry is keeping secrets and using the legal system to fight for its apparent right to do so, keep reading. There are plenty more reasons to be concerned.

Pink Slime Is Still Very Much a Thing

Do you remember pink slime? This additive surprised and disgusted the public when news first broke about it. Those who were already aware of the problems in the meat industry, however, were likely unsurprised.

Adam Voiland and Angela Haupt at U.S. News write that what we know as “pink slime” are scraps of butchered meat cleansed with ammonia. The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced a while back that school districts could receive beef with or without the “trimmings”, and plenty of grocery stores and fast food restaurants have ditched or distanced themselves from the slime. It’s still USDA approved, however, with the food industry free to use it as they please. ⁽³⁾

Sam P.K Collins at Think Progress writes that two years after it was exposed and food manufacturers ditched it, pink slime made a comeback. Beef prices have been “soaring”, which has led some companies to resume using the slime so they can lower their production costs. ⁽⁴⁾

The process of creating the pink slime, Sam writes, is one of separating the fat from the meat in beef trimmings and exposing what’s left to ammonia and citric acid. Despite that the ammonia in pink slime can cause “long term damage to parts of the human digestive system, blood vessels, liver, and kidneys”, schools in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Texas have once again embraced it. ⁽⁴⁾

According to the Huffington Post, some school systems stuck by it when the controversy erupted in 2012, apparently having never removed it at all. ⁽⁵⁾

Industrial-Scale Farming Is Riddled with Problems

Dr. Mercola writes that some of the biggest problems with industrial-scale farming are safety and quality of food, which is reportedly deteriorating. Diseases in humans, wildlife, and livestock can be traced to poor industrial farming practices. They include antibiotic-resistant diseases, mad cow disease in cows, and chronic wasting disease in deer and elk. ⁽²⁾

Proteins causing mad cow and chronic wasting disease, Dr. Mercola writes, could be responsible for the development of Alzheimer’s in up to 13% of people who suffer from the disease. According to the USDA Food Safety and Inspection service (FSIS), “contaminated chicken parts” are responsible for around 133,000 illnesses a year. The USDA also estimates that contaminated chicken and turkey are responsible for around 200,000 illnesses a year. FSIS wants to bring down the number of illnesses caused by tainted meat 25%. ⁽²⁾

“Factory-farmed chicken”, Dr. Mercola writes, is one of the biggest causes of food poisoning. Beef is no exception to this rule: the USDA has been considering labeling beef that’s tenderized mechanically because during the process, pathogens are compressed from the surface down into the meat. Once there, the pathogens can potentially survive being cooked. This is why it’s been to blame for “at least” 5 E. coli outbreaks in 6 years (2003-2009). ⁽²⁾

To say the right to self-defense is essential is like saying water is wet. While technically true, it fails to encompass the complete magnitude of its importance.

However, one group of people typically gets screwed out of this right: students.

Back in my school days, I was kind of a small, geeky kid who was the unending target of bullies. Invariably, once every few years, someone would push me too far and a fight would ensue, then we would both be punished equally because the rules said so. I was supposed to tell a teacher or someone else, even if there was absolutely no way to tell anyone.

Luckily, in my home state of Georgia, that’s no longer the case.

In its first decision in a school discipline case, the Georgia Supreme Court ruled zero tolerance policies on school fighting cannot deny students the right to assert they were defending themselves. The court said Georgia law gives students the legal right to argue self-defense as a justification.

Georgia Code states, “A person is justified in threatening or using force against another when…he or she reasonably believes that such threat or force is necessary to defend himself or herself or a third person against such other’s imminent use of unlawful force.”

In essence, the state’s highest court ruled that Georgia law on self-defense requires schools to consider that defense in spite of zero tolerance policies on fighting.

The court was asked whether the Henry County Board of Education gave proper weight to and opportunity for a self-defense claim by a Locust Grove High School student involved in a fight in 2014. The fight led to the student being expelled from Locust Grove and assigned to an alternative school.

She challenged the school board’s decision, eventually ending up in Superior Court where she won. But the Henry County school board appealed. The question eventually went to the state Supreme Court.

The Henry County School Board lost, and ultimately that’s a good thing.

Schools and their policies essentially indoctrinate students into believing that self-defense is wrong and that all of your personal protection needs should be handled by the authorities. However, just like in school when a teacher is never around when a kid gets jumped, the police aren’t always around when you need protecting.

The Georgia decision is vitally important because it gives kids license to make a stand and defend themselves when attacked. It will empower students to understand that despite the authorities best wishes, they simply can’t protect you. Only you can do that.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not hoping for more school fights or anything. I have two children in Georgia schools right now, and I’d love it if neither of them has to fight anywhere in their future. Realistically, however, I know that wishful thinking doesn’t make it so. If that were the case, I’d be living on a few thousand acres with a gun room that looks like the scene in The Matrix when Neo says he needs guns, lots of guns.

Kids will be kids, but that also means some kids will try to victimize smaller, weaker kids. It’s a microcosm of the real world in many ways, and at least now the fight of self-defense has been found to extend to all people.

At least in Georgia.

American officials have revealed more information about a mysterious sonic device that is believed to have caused numerous diplomats to suffer hearing loss and other serious ailments. Last month, the Associated Press reported that the first hearing-loss symptoms were reported by personnel at the US embassy in Havana in the fall of 2016. The news agency said that at least five embassy personnel reported suffering from sudden and unexplained loss of hearing. The symptoms were so serious that caused some American diplomats “to cancel their tours early and return to the United States”, according to the Associated Press.

Now new information has been disclosed by the United States Department of State. It suggests that, although diplomats began reporting hearing-loss symptoms in as early as fall 2016, the incidents continued until mid-August of this year. In a report published on Saturday, the BBC said that the bizarre incidents had not ended “several months ago” as was initially believed. Instead, they continued even after the last week of May, when the US deported two Cuban diplomats from Washington, DC. The move was in response to what Washington believes was a deliberate attempt to sabotage its diplomatic mission in Havana. The American embassy in the Cuban capital reopened in 2015, 54 years after it was closed down following a series of diplomatic rifts between Cuba and the US during the height of the Cold War.

Additionally, the Department of State said on Friday that the number of American diplomats and other US embassy personnel who have reported sonic-related symptoms has increased to 19. State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert told reporters in Washington that doctors were still evaluating the health of those serving at the US embassy in Havana. She added that new cases of people suffering from sonic-related medical symptoms could not be ruled out. A report from the American Foreign Service Association, which represents members of the United States Foreign Service, said on Friday that its representatives had spoken to 10 people who had received various treatments for ailments related to the alleged sonic attacks in Cuba. It said that many had suffered “permanent hearing loss”, while others were diagnosed with mild brain injuries.

According to media reports, Washington has concluded that the American diplomats were exposed to “an advanced device that was deployed either inside or outside their residences”. But the Cuban government denied that it had anything to do with the American diplomats’ symptoms, and some believe that the alleged “covert sonic device” may have been deployed by an intelligence service of a third country —possibly Russia— without the knowledge of Cuban authorities.

Elon Musk, the billionaire behind such companies as electric car-maker Tesla and rocket-maker SpaceX, this week joined other experts in the field of artificial intelligence to warn against a potential “arms race” in autonomous weapons.

Musk was among nearly 100 business leaders and scientists from such countries as the U.S., Russia and China who signed an open letter this week to the United Nations “raising the alarm” on the potential for advances in artificial intelligence and robotics to lead to the adoption of autonomous weapons.

In the correspondence, the group praised the UN’s plan to create a group of governmental experts on lethal autonomous weapons systems to “work hard at finding means to prevent an arms race in these weapons, to protect civilians from their misuse, and to avoid the destabilizing effects of these technologies.”

“Lethal autonomous weapons threaten to become the third revolution in warfare,” the letter states. “Once developed, they will permit armed conflict to be fought at a scale greater than ever, and at timescales faster than humans can comprehend.”

The U.S. State Department officially confirmed 16 U.S. government employees were affected by a sonic directed energy weapon.

The U.S. government claims the “attacks” started in autumn 2016 and ended in April this year. US media reported this week that the medical records of some of the diplomats showed they had been diagnosed with mild traumatic brain injury, nervous system damage, and hearing loss. An additional five Canadian envoys and their own family members were also injured in the sonic weapon attack.

After months of investigation, U.S. officials concluded that the diplomats had been exposed to an advanced device that operated outside the range of audible sound and had been deployed either inside or outside their residences. It was not immediately clear if the device was a weapon used in a deliberate attack, or had some other purpose.

This could mean that the weapon used is deploying microwave energies rapidly heating brain tissue which generates a “shockwave,” with the goal of vibrating the inner ear at dangerously high levels. The other option is ultra sound waves weaponized with a low-frequency or high-frequency beyond the range of human hearing that causes fatigue, apathy, hearing loss, confusion, disorientation, and nausea, according to the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH). However, that evidence was considered slim according to the study.

For years it’s been rumored in conspiracy circles that some group, likely the CIA, has been harassing individual citizens in gang stalking with a sound-based weapon. In 2017, it shouldn’t be so hard to grasp but some still struggle to understand that frequency ELF  (electronic low frequency) can be harnessed as a silent weapon. The Army had a website now permanently removed dedicated to one of these technologies nicknamed “Voice-to-Skull”  in which they proposed beaming voices into enemies’ heads.
