Divine Laws Verses Mans Laws

The true governance over man is the laws of God and not man’s legal rights! The principles enunciated in all authorized revealed scriptures are intended to set the moral and spiritual principles whereby man can develop his obedience to and love for God. The governments of man are to uphold these higher divine principles and man’s laws are intended to ensure obedience to those higher laws by all citizens equally, for the upliftment of the individual and the society in general.

The moral principles and precepts contained in the Scriptures ought to form the basis of all our civil constitutions and laws. All the miseries and evils which men suffer from vice, crime, ambition, injustice, oppression, slavery, and war, proceed from neglecting the precepts contained in the Scriptures.” – Noah Webster.

The Lords system always results in Liberty and Freedom based on the divine right of individual independence! The Lord never violates our individuality.

Many of the Commandments specifically address behavioral issues. For example Honor thy father and mother, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet, etc. This is embodied in the Golden Rule.

Do unto others as you would have others do unto you”.

Many eastern religions propound self-control and non-violence as basic principles of human life.

Accordingly it is not until someone damage’s another’s person or property that he can be punished. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are built on this foundation, which provides for punitive justice.

On the other hand the Communist Manifesto represents a misguided philosophy, which teaches the citizens to give up their rights for the sake of the “common good,” but it always ends in a police state. This is called preventive justice. The Marxist system leads to bondage because control is the key concept.
