Project for the New American Century is a neo-conservative think-tank that promotes an ideology of total U.S. world domination through the use of force. The group embraces and disseminates an ideology of faith in force, U.S. supremacy, and rejection of the rule of law in international affairs.

The group’s core ideas are expressed in a September 2000 report produced for Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, Jeb Bush, and Lewis Libby entitled Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources For a New Century. The Sunday Herald referred to the report as a “blueprint for U.S. world domination.”

According to the Sonoma State University media research group Project Censored, The Neoconservative Plan for Global Dominance was the Top Censored Media Story of 2002-2003.

PNAC’s membership includes people such as Richard Perle, Elliot Abrams, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, and William Kristol.

PNAC began to enter the public consciousness when journalist Neil Mackay wrote about the September 2000 report in the September 15th, 2002 edition of the Sunday Herald. According to the article, the report sparked outrage from British Labour MP Tom Dalyell:

Tam Dalyell, the Labour MP, father of the House of Commons and one of the leading rebel voices against war with Iraq, said: ‘This is garbage from right-wing think-tanks stuffed with chicken-hawks — men who have never seen the horror of war but are in love with the idea of war. Men like Cheney, who were draft-dodgers in the Vietnam war.

‘This is a blueprint for US world domination — a new world order of their making. These are the thought processes of fantasist Americans who want to control the world. I am appalled that a British Labour Prime Minister should have got into bed with a crew which has this moral standing.’

The Sunday Herald article highlighted the following goals from the 2000 report, which it termed an “American grand strategy” and “blueprint of world domination”:

· The U.S. must take military control of the Gulf region whether or not Saddam Hussein is in power: “While the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein.”

· The U.S. must “fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous major theatre wars” as a “core mission”

· The U.S. forces are “the cavalry on the new American frontier”

· The report builds upon the 1992 draft document “Defense Planning Guidance,” which claimed that the U.S. must “discourage advanced industrial nations from challenging our leadership or even aspiring to a larger regional or global role”

· Permanent U.S. bases in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, whether or not Saddam Hussein is in power

· Increasing military pressure on China: “it is time to increase the presence of American forces in southeast Asia” which will lead to “American and allied power providing the spur to the process of democratisation in China”

· “the creation of ‘US Space Forces’, to dominate space, and the total control of cyberspace to prevent ‘enemies’ using the internet against the US”

· The report contains ambivalent language toward bioterrorism and genetic warfare: “New methods of attack — electronic, ‘non-lethal’, biological — will be more widely available … combat likely will take place in new dimensions, in space, cyberspace, and perhaps the world of microbes … advanced forms of biological warfare that can ‘target’ specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool”

· Development of “world-wide command-and-control system” to contain dangerous regimes of North Korea, Libya, Syria, and Iran.

Some of PNAC’s members and associates have been implicated in conflict of interest scandals involving the ways that they profit from the wars and military spending that they promote.

Many Australians were outraged last week to find out that the California based company, PaxVax, had applied to the Australian government for a licence to use 1000 Australian adults and children as guinea pigs to test its experimental, genetically modified, live bacterial cholera vaccine.

In only a week, the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator had received so many emails from troubled Aussie citizens that it added a post to its website assuring the public that it had not yet issued a license to the company.

But if history is any indicator, the Aussie gene regulator will probably grant the license to PaxVax, just as it approved a license, in 2003, to the Australian Commonwealth Serum Laboratory (CSL) to release its genetically modified cholera vaccine, Orochol, into commercial use. The gene regulator declared, in its risk assessment document, that the risk of releasing the live genetically engineered cholera organism was ‘very low’ or ‘negligible’, despite several public submissions the regulator had received objecting to the release of the GMO vaccine into the Australian population and environment.

The popular outcry fell on deaf bureaucratic ears since the Orochol vaccine had already been experimentally tested on Australian travelers and on children in third world countries after the Therapeutic Goods Administration had fast tracked and approved the GMO product for commercial use 2 years before the Gene Regulator had conducted its risk assessment and issued a license.

Apart from the strangely reversed methodologies used by Australian regulators, many pundits asked why the Australian Commonwealth Serum Laboratory would be acting on such an urgent need to produce millions of experimental GM cholera vaccines for the Australian population when it was not a pressing public health issue.

The truth turns out to be quite the opposite.

On the other side of the world, people you didn’t know existed are keeping a beady eye on your every move. These characters can see what clothes you have been wearing and what food you’ve eaten. They heard every word you said, and logged every TV show you watched. Some are criminals, others work for major corporations. And now they know your most intimate secrets.

It may sound like a plot summary for a futuristic science-fiction movie. But real-life versions of this Orwellian scenario are being played out every day in towns and cities across the globe — and in most cases the victims have no idea.

At fault is a common electronic device invented nearly a century ago and found in almost every modern household: the domestic television set.

Put simply, our TVs have started spying on us.

App requires users agree to be monitored by microphone at any time without their permission

Cellphone users who attempt to install the Facebook Messenger app are asked to agree to terms of service that allow the social networking giant to use the microphone on their device to record audio at any time without their permission.

The TOS also authorizes Facebook to take videos and pictures using the phone’s camera at any time without permission, as well as directly calling numbers, again without permission, that could incur charges.

But wait, there’s more! Facebook can also “read your phone’s call log” and “read data about contacts stored on your phone, including the frequency with which you’ve called, emailed or communicated in other ways with specific individuals.”

The Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) is on its way to approve a licence application from PaxVax Australia (PaxVax) for the intentional release of a GMO vaccine consisting of live bacteria into the environment in Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria. According to the regulator, it qualifies as a limited and controlled release under section 50A of the Gene Technology Act 2000 (the Act).

PaxVax is seeking approval to conduct the clinical trial of a genetically modified live bacterial vaccine against cholera. Once underway the trial is expected to be completed within one year, with trial sites selected from local government areas (LGAs) in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. PaxVax has proposed a number of control measures they say will restrict the spread and persistence of the GM vaccine and its introduced genetic material, however there is always a possiblity of these restrictions failing and infecting wildlife and ecosystems.

Aerial vaccines have used in the United States directed towards animals by the use of plastic packets dropped by planes or helicopters. Sanofi (who is one of the largest vaccine manufacturers in the world) has subsidiary companies such as Merial Limited who manufacture Raboral, an oral live-virus poisonous to humans yet distributed wildlife in the masses.

A NEW generation of techno-tots is growing up learning to use their parents’ smartphones before they can even crawl, leading to fears cutting-edge gizmos are taking over childhood.

Toy companies are already catering to the new wave of digital rugrats, with products including specially designed smartphone cases for babies.

But a new study has found a third of parents regret giving their children gadgets because of fears they will stunt their creative and social skills, while two-thirds blame new technology for reducing family time with their kids.

Although six-month-old Luca Pennisi can’t ride a bike, throw a ball or even talk, he can already use an iPhone 4 with the help of the Fisher-Price Laugh&Learn Apptivity Case, which protects the device against bumps and dribbles.

But mum Nadine said she wasn’t sure about a smartphone being a suitable toy for her baby boy.

“The more I think about it the more I think it could be making kids grow up too quickly, but then on the other hand it is good for young kids to know how to use technology,” she said.

What about the child’s health and safety?

You can’t go anywhere for longer than a minute or two these days without crossing paths with at least a few people who are glued to their smart phones. Some people in younger generations are even living their entire lives through the eye of their phones.

Do a search for “baby” + “iPhone” and you’ll find a plethora of supposedly cutesy pictures of babies holding cell phones up to their little undeveloped skulls. Parents give their smart phones to their small children to play with all the time, and many times, the babies are even better at using the devices than their parents are.

There are now toy “smart phones” and other fake wireless devices to train the average tot to become the average consumer from the time they are tiny.

But does the average parent who does this even realize that studies have shown people who use cell phones before the age of 20 have a five times higher chance of developing malignant brain tumors?
Do they know that the country of Belgium has banned all cell phones manufactured and marketed towards children age seven and under because the International Agency for Research on Cancer cited a potential increase in brain cancer risk back in 2011?

Did they realize that the United Kingdom has told its schools to discourage students under 16 from using cell phones due to health risks citing a scientific report which states that children “have smaller heads, thinner skulls, and higher tissue conductivity than adults” so “they may absorb more energy from a mobile phone than adults”?

Were they aware that the International Commission for Electromagnetic Safety has confirmed “the existence of non-thermal effects of electromagnetic fields on living matter” which includes “blood brain barrier changes, learning and behavioral effects, changes in anti-oxidant enzyme activities, DNA and biological damage”?

That this caused the commission to conclude, “We strongly advise limited use of cell phones, and other similar devices, by young children andteenagers, and we call upon governments to apply the Precautionary Principle as an interim measure while more biologically relevant standards are developed to protect against, not only the absorption of electromagnetic energy by the head, but also adverse effects of the signals on biochemistry, physiology and electrical biorhythms”?

In fact, childhood diagnoses of brain cancer are ‘mysteriously’ on the rise and have been for awhile now…

But I guess giving a two-year-old a cell phone is just so cute.

Today WikiLeaks released the secret negotiated draft text for the entire TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership) Intellectual Property Rights Chapter. The TPP is the largest-ever economic treaty, encompassing nations representing more than 40 per cent of the world’s GDP. The WikiLeaks release of the text comes ahead of the decisive TPP Chief Negotiators summit in Salt Lake City, Utah, on 19-24 November 2013. The chapter published by WikiLeaks is perhaps the most controversial chapter of the TPP due to its wide-ranging effects on medicines, publishers, internet services, civil liberties and biological patents. Significantly, the released text includes the negotiation positions and disagreements between all 12 prospective member states.

Since the beginning of the TPP negotiations, the process of drafting and negotiating the treaty’s chapters has been shrouded in an unprecedented level of secrecy. Access to drafts of the TPP chapters is shielded from the general public. Members of the US Congress are only able to view selected portions of treaty-related documents in highly restrictive conditions and under strict supervision. It has been previously revealed that only three individuals in each TPP nation have access to the full text of the agreement, while 600 ’trade advisers’ – lobbyists guarding the interests of large US corporations such as Chevron, Halliburton, Monsanto and Walmart – are granted privileged access to crucial sections of the treaty text

What is Global Smart ID?
It’s a way to prove who you are, online. It is sometimes called remote authentication.
The security industry tends to call it ‘federated ID’, or ‘single sign on’.
It’s already being used by the military, and large corporations.
It starts by signing up with an Identity Provider (IdP), who will then act as a go-between when you want to access services online, and are asked to prove your ID. From proof of age, to driving entitlements, to ‘trustworthiness’, all of it can be confirmed by your IdP.
It can be used for a number of applications with a number of form factors – more industry speak for: you can use it for all sorts of things, e.g. payments, tickets, opening doors (ie keys), accessing company records, clocking into work, logging into the smart grid, etc, with a number of gadgets and technologies (such as NFC, and biometric scanners) – there has to be a chip involved, because this contains your encrypted ID including biometrics. It’s likely this will be in a smartphone or smart card at first (though the NSTIC is currently piloting use of rings or bracelets), but eventually it would have to be sub-dermal, to avoid loss or theft.

Throughout history, versions of the false flag attack have been used successfully by governments in order to direct the force of the people toward whatever end the ruling class may be seeking. At times, that end may be war, or it may be the curtailing of domestic civil liberties and basic human rights. In others, it is an economic agenda.

Indeed, false flags are themselves capable of taking on a wide variety of forms – domestic or foreign, small or large, economic or political, and many other designations that can often blur into one another. Each may serve a specific purpose and each may be adjusted and tailored for that specific purpose as societal conditions require.

For instance, the chemical weapons attack which took place inside Syria in August, 2013 serve as an example of a foreign false flag designed to whip up American fervor for war, on the platform of Responsibility to Protect similar to the Gulf of Tonkin.

Domestically speaking, a large-scale false flag such as 9/11, can be used to whip up both a massive public support for war and a popular willingness to surrender civil liberties, constitutional procedure, and constitutional/human rights. Economic false flags may take the form of manufactured “government shutdowns” or “government defaults” designed to create a demand for austerity or other pro-Wall Street solutions. Lastly, smaller-scale domestic false flags such as Sandy Hook or Aurora, often involve the implementation of gun-control measures or a greater police state.

There are, of course, many different versions of false flag attacks and none fit into a tightly crafted classification beyond the generalized term “false flag.” As stated above, some false flags may indeed embrace an element of each of the different versions listed previously both in terms of methodology and purpose.

Remember that referendum about whether we should create a single market with the United States? You know, the one that asked whether corporations should have the power to strike down our laws? No, I don’t either. There must have been one, mustn’t there? After all that agonising over whether or not we should stay in the European Union, the government wouldn’t cede our sovereignty to some shadowy, undemocratic body without consulting us. Would it?

The purpose of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership is to remove the regulatory differences between the US and European nations. I mentioned it a couple of weeks ago. But I left out the most important issue: the remarkable ability it would grant big business to sue the living daylights out of governments which try to defend their citizens. It would allow a secretive panel of corporate lawyers to overrule the will of parliament and destroy our legal protections.Yet the defenders of our sovereignty say nothing.

Wake up, people we’re being shafted!

The truth really is much stranger than fiction, especially when it comes to the open and admitted future plans of major biotechnology companies. One such case involves a biotech company known as ProdiGene, the officials from which actually faced jail time back in 2002 for contaminating the traditional food supply with ‘biopharmaceutical’ crops that were growing pharmaceuticals and vaccine components associated with AIDS, diabetes, and diarrhea..

Contaminating 500,000 bushels of soy with their biopharmaceutical corn that contained pharmaceutical and vaccine components associated with deadly diseases, the company was slapped with a minor $500,000 fine by the USDA (the same government organization that gives Monsanto’s crops special speed approval and ignores the company’s blatant disregard for its regulations). As it turns out, the pharmaceutical crops were actually mixed in with traditional crops and unknowing farmers had already been planted for human consumption. The USDA claims, however, that the crops were confiscated.

After receiving the fine and some press coverage on the subject, ProdiGene decided not to apologize but to expand their mission. The company, in combination with estimates by Dow AgroSciences, stated that they sought to reach $200 billion in biopharmaceutical crops within 10 years (as of 2004). Furthermore, they estimated that 10% of the corn in the United States will be biopharmaceutical in nature.

In other words, it could contain hidden nano-scale vaccinations, antibiotics, anti-depressants, or any form of pharmaceutical drug. One California based company has even created a spermicidal corn to be used as a mass contraceptive.
